The Founder

In the heart of my own health journey, grappling with high cholesterol and the jittery tides of caffeine-induced anxiety, I found myself at a crossroads. The path medical prescriptions offered didn't resonate with the life of well-being I aspired to lead.

It was during this search for a natural solution that I found Ceylon cinnamon.

Many products advertised as natural were, upon closer inspection, anything but straightforward.

Determined to replace my coffee habit, which was contributing to my anxiety, I delved into researching beverage alternatives. The market's so-called "healthy" drinks left me frustrated. I grew weary of examining labels, only to be confronted with a perplexing mix of additives and preservatives.

Disillusioned, I began searching for recipes I could make at home and stumbled upon Ceylon cinnamon. It fascinated me to learn of its use in natural medicine - from ancient Egypt, to traditional Chinese medicine, and Ayurveda, India's traditional medicine.

 

Moreover, modern research proved this value, showing it had a host of benefits that included not only lowering cholesterol, but also improving digestion, protective cognitive effects, and importantly controlling blood sugar.

As someone who’d relied heavily on coffee, my cinnamon brew maintained my energy throughout the day by keeping my blood sugar regulated. As I built my ritual around the drink, I noticed my anxiety lowered and overall health improved. And, not only did it support my health goals, it provided a moment of calm and pleasure in my day.

Motivated by my own transformation, I founded tru cinnamon.
